Those r upgraded plan without the standard hypptv pack like ruby,aneka or varnam. Or Lite with jumbo lite or sports. I gather. But few has claimed that theirs include both jumbo n standard plan n paying only RM139, which I think is the best plan.

I think for those RYE2017 upgrade from 50 to 100Mbps

But no standard pack like ruby, varnam etc

Mine RYE 30mbps is differ, only Ruby no STD20, but the discount is RM90. Don't know how the calculate it?

After upgrade Advance30@rm169+Ruby@rm30+"???"@rm30-discount@rm90=rm139 (as per add RM10 RYE2017's bill)

Update for my case, Pay RM219 b4 GST for 50Mbps + Sport pack + 600min free Call.
go to TM Point to complain on 6/12/17, they close the case without contact me, lodge report to MCMC on 15/12/17 and now they call me and offer me 100Mbps + Mega n Ruby pack + 600min free call for RM189 monthly for 2 years. Now wait for marketing team to call me to confirm the update.

So for those who pay higher than RM189 please lodge report to TM point then complain to MCMC.

I finally can view my bill and I must say mine is totally different from you guys.

My monthly Internet subscription is only RM 99. But I have to pay for Jumbo and Ruby which is RM 90. So in total is still RM 189 without GST.

I called billing to confirm and this is also confirmed by her that my Internet is RM 99 + HyppTV RM 90. I asked if I can cancel Ruby a year later, she said it should be OK but I can only try a year later.

Mine RM249 or 100mbps, TM says if they revised mine to RM189 it will be valid for 24 months. At 25th month, the price will be revert back to RM329.

To me it's good since by that time many new packages with better offer is available. And I got to save RM60 monthly, total of RM1440 for 2 years.

The C5 is a 2015 model while the one I have C1200 is 2016 model but I had faced the WiFi not connecting issue and sometimes internet will stop working for a moment issue.

Hi bro, would like to clarify on the stable wifi meaning before i make my final decision to exchange it for c5v2 router, does it mean when you downloading the ping doesnt jump high??as to my current c1200, sometimes ping will jump extremely high like few thousands when downloading or even just watching youtube, it will recover to stable state by takes some time, sometimes i will need to keep refreshing to get stable, normal period downloading can reach 3-3.6Mbytes/s and able to watch youtube at 1080p at the same time, will c5v2 router having this issue?Appreciate your feedback

better spend some money to buy better router than ask tm. their router is crap since always.
