You are so lucky, I started using Unifi 10years ago, started with 5MB>10MB>30MB>50MB, now stuck with 50MB

4 years ago i start using UniFi 5Mbps, seems every year got upgrade(although not all free), from 5Mbps@149, to 10Mbps, to 30Mbps, surprise 50Mbps then finally now 100Mbps@189

Do you mind sharing how you got the rm10 promo even though previously you were upgraded under TQ Surprise Campaign?

just curious...i am using dual antennas ac1200 which was provided when they installed 30Mbps in feb...
then after upgrading from 30 > 50 > 100Mbps...tm didn't change my dual antennas ac1200

will they change the router to this 3-antenna ac1200 for me if i request ?

Yep, they are using Ookla Speedtest custom speedtest API. You can get it too. See below.
You can design your own speedtest, but you just need to pay $1995 USD a year lol.

something weird i noticed on my 100Mbps

i restart router and few days without torrent, the speed can maintain at 100Mbps when i run speedtest
if i restart router and torrent, the speed drop to 60Mbps after one day... never can back to 100Mbps, then i restart router again it back to 100Mbps 

i have repeated test the above scenario, only happen when i torrent... i try different torrent client, same problem 
i try direct download for few days, big files at least 10GB+ for few times, no issue at all

in fact i am not heavily using torrent, just leave few seed.. i tried with different router, the C1200 provided by TM and my own Asus router, same problem 

word is whole mahkota & sg. long also kena.
but maxis fiber which is using the same backbone no issue.

I supposed it is not missing RM 50 that caused the issue, it was the RM 60 Jumbo pack that caused the issue.
Your HyppTV should be charged with only RM 30. Since Jumbo should be free, RM 1.94 + RM 60 should be rebated, in my opinion..

Also phone call of RM 0.90 should be rebated too..

I finally can view my bill and I must say mine is totally different from you guys.

My monthly Internet subscription is only RM 99. But I have to pay for Jumbo and Ruby which is RM 90. So in total is still RM 189 without GST.

I called billing to confirm and this is also confirmed by her that my Internet is RM 99 + HyppTV RM 90. I asked if I can cancel Ruby a year later, she said it should be OK but I can only try a year later.

Want to check with 100mbps user here, may I know which BTU your using and can the speed hit 100mbps?

Im using the Huawei hg8240w & router tp-link archer c5, on LAN max speed only 95mbps (cat5e cable) but 5G Wifi can hit over 100mbps

Im not sure the BTU is FE or GE port, the technician told me this is latest model and no changes needed.

I myself also confused because if FE port then wifi wont hit 100mbps right?

If anyone here can confirm the BTU is only FE port, then I want to request for equipment change.
