Kl address... freehold... hilltop... low density... i think its make sense.... when demand more than supply for landed under KL address.... double storey linked further inside alam damai.... 2 years ago selling 800-900k already....

landed cannot just look at subsales lo.... if look at midah, perdana, pandan indah... their subsales also not to the extent of more than 800k for double storey lo.... but new landed in KL address pricing usually determine by demand for new landed housing rather than surrounding market value nia.... and banks also approve their EF anyway if ur main point is its not reflective of the market valuations....

Hm... isn't low dense anymore if adding up with the high-rise. Cause terrace itself already 200+ units sweat.gif
But yeah, the landed demand for EH is damn high. Thats why Guoco keep delaying it to attract more people then shoot the price rocket high laugh.gif

Total high rise units 1300+ for 4 block. Landed 180+ units. Total 1500+ for total developments of 47acres. That also consider not Low dense? Then any other developments in KL consider Low dense?😂

I can’t imagine how jam it will be once it’s almost fully occupied. I went there weekend off peak hour, also quite bad

kl address just part of the equation... like i said... landed and condo under KL address... there will be alot of different factors involved in arriving the pricing.... especially demand vs supply.... try to study more how much demand are there for a brand new landed under KL address...

over 44 acres ok la.... but then yea also... anything more than 1000 units... tak boleh accept... haha.... but from the landed point of view... should be A-okay... considering 3 storey linked in near landmark there also selling 1mil and above....
