Bukit Segar Jaya intermediate was 1m-1.2m back in 2015. Now they built HTC around that area all the way to Aster Residence and price dropped to 800-900k also can hardly sell. What do you think?

htc will definitely affect the pricing of property, regardless what those ppl are saying or whether it has impact on health or not..

there are only 2 type of ppl who says htc wont impact pricing:
1. ppl who like to comfort themselves to make themselves feel better

Landed isn't opened for public yet. Probably next year only open if theres any left, as now they're opened for condo owners to do balloting

Thanks for the details. Buildup size and landscaping are good but floor plan with kitchen in front turn me off
