if u do max weight memang normal la. its becuz u r not breathing. but there's a breathing technique that causes that, helped my DL and squat miraculously so its not wrong

i mean the bar never touches my shin when i go up or down. touch oso not to scratch it until like that.. shit sure hurts lol

the bar never actually touch my shin during my deadlift le. only once or twice last time when i was deadlifting incorrectly. not even once while doing new PR.

i cant find the article about it la. haih too bad.. u'll never believe me when i utter something without sauce lol.

u r actually supposed to deadlift with your shin perpendicular to the ground.. hell even squat ur shin suppose ot be perpendicular to the ground man.
