dude. whats your volume look like? most of the ppl train 2-4 exercise per body part 1-2 times a week.

so darkie u think carbs is necessary as post post? i'm currently cutting carbs out. i have little rice on lunch and no rice on dinner, which is ususally post post workout. but i do still take oats/carbs in my pre shake.

oh ok.. i'm more concerned on keeping my muscle and building them, rather than shredding the fat asap. darkie did u experiment anything like a circuit routine training or super sets or u just keep doing the same high volume?
