I think depends on the traffic? Sometimes driving 100 km/h constantly will just give you the pleasure of driving and enjoy the scenery. Unless the traffic is moderate and you can't get constant speed of 100km/h at all times.
I am also type of person who drove 100 km/h, enjoyed driving much, and another thing is to prevent flying stone chip, as last time was hit by a stone chip leaving good deep dent and scratch mark. Afterward, when any lorries or buses overtake me, I will slow down a bit and let them pass.

Hi, want to ask as below:

1)What petrol company you use? Shell?
2)From the photo, you refill 31L when there are still about 2 bars left, right?
3)The "no petrol warning light" will light up when remaining 1 bar or 0.5 bar?
*
When going outstation working i used Shell. City drive i used company petrol card Petron.
0.5 bar will start warning light. I drive until "E" then refill.

Just some checking with you guys,

1. SC quote me AC servicing for the upcoming maintenance service, the car would be 18th month at that time, and current mileage is about 20k. From the Toyota website, AC service recommended at 30k mileage, should I push to 30k mileage then only go to AC service?
2. When car pass by pot hole, there will be"kruk" sound coming from the front wheel (on driver side), it is similar to my old car, the tie rod knocking sound. However, this sound just occur occasionally, depends on the pothole or uneven road that passed through.
3. When car going up slope and tight turning (car park building), no matter left or right, there will be some rubber friction sound, have checked and its coming from the engine compartment area and not coming from the tire, could it be the rubber boot of the tie rod?

Thanks.

Either you just lie or tell them the truth. They should be able to accept it but they may mark on their job sheet, oil provided by customer. regardless genuine bottle, sealed or not sealed. It has a consequence.

Engine oil if been exposed to air will trap moisture. Unless you are sure contamination is at minimum, you can use that oil for your engine.

try to shoot up fulltank fuel. then you drive around for a hundred or two kilometre for some mileage then fill up your fuel tank again and see how many litre to fill up your gas tank. mileage/fuel (litre)=your car fuel consumption in km/litre

Who doesn't? At least give us freedom to turn it off simply by a switch. This function is away to waste energy. Why need to have a light on a bright sunny day. During heavy rain, we turn on the headlights. Unlike those dumb driver who never learn the laws properly, will turn on hazzard light instead. Haish..

Please i beg of you, those who like to turn on hazzard light during heavy rain, will caused confusion to other drivers. So please do not use hazzard light. Headlights is enough.

Hi ,

I am new to this thread. I am looking for some recommendations. I stay near Petaling Jaya and I have a 2012 Vios G Series

1. Blur / Foggy head lamp. Any recommendations on places to repair it? I heard it can be polished
2. My pickup seems to be a little clunky . Any recommendation on where i can get it looked at?

yes exactly. can't blame them 100%. The main culprit is the government officials. They did it when escorting or during convoy. The rest of the ignorance drivers just follow without basis.

those car equipped with front and rear fog lamps, exact time to use is during low visibility and foggy weather. also got some ignorance driver abusing the fog lamp. they switch it on all the times. don't they know by doing that during clear night will caused glare to drivers at the back? haish.
