Nah man. It’s on all the time and I don’t touch it even between engine starts. Not sure what you mean by car refusing to move… simply tap on the gas pedal and it should disengage the brakes that were engaged by brake hold.

Like that better go SC report and check wor, coz it really has nothing to do with engine or engine oil usage. It should come entirely from motor.
*
have to do it later. need to capture some evidence prior to sending the car. u know la SC. i can expect the answer will be "nothings wrong with the car. its normal. kitorang tak jumpa any issue".

hopefully that sluggish feeling is just my feeling je la

And they will tell you "kalau ada masalah lagi boleh dtg balik for checking again..." That was wht made me really frustrated two weeks ago and put my words there, if you are sure that the simple greasing has resolved the issue and yet unfortunately if it happens again, I will upload the whole piece of inspection receipt together with your name and SC name online to make it viral, I took leave come for inspection, the issue is so obvious yet Honda insist it must start with simple solution first, at the expense of customer time. WTF

I told him in front of others customers, Honda sales volume already drop still want to act lan si ah

that damn SA quickly change tone and help me submit report to claim new spare part

not into that. prefer to driver to be ready prior to driving. if auto disengage, later my lady driver will melatah (hyperstartle) and it will be more dangerous to the car.

typical Honda SC nowadays, the most I fed up are at Semenyih 4S. That time for my old Accord, the driveshaft was leaking oil/ grease, sent it there, and they put my car up on the machine jack. Bring me to check together and found the leak, the best annoying statement, the SC manager told it is expected to have some grease leak lol, so cannot assist with the warranty claim. Send to New Era Kajang 4S, straight order the driveshaft under warranty.

Ya, just done my claim this morning in this Semenyih 3S for brake switch, really want to vomit blood, another frustrated day, long story in short, if don't scold them they will just let customer wait and take their own sweet time. After raise my voice, manage to collect my car by 11am instead after 12pm.

So now I decided to go to this kajang center to do another claim for my windscreen instead of going to this 3S Semenyih. Their usual service is up to par, but the claiming process is really suffering, like purposely delaying to make u go away, very frustrated.

oh we are nearby then. Suggest New Era Kajang, Sg Long Kajang and Global Amity Bangi for service + warranty claim. These 3 SC help me claim the driveshaft, which I claimed 4x within 5 years, thanks to the leaking issue.

the waiting time at Semenyih is for rectification or to change the brake switch?

Refer to the official maintenance schedule: https://www.honda.com.my/doc/maintenance/2565

The price at the bottom is exclusive of Engine Oil & Oil Filter replacement for parts and labor. This is basically what you'd get at the service centers when you demand they only give you the "basic package". Ignore all the additional stuff they try to tack on, such as engine bay cleaning, tire rotation, etc.

Since CRV RS Hybrid won’t have a spare tyre, would it be wise if I buy a second hand 18” space saver tyre and put at the boot? I frequently travel outstation long distance & balik kampung once a month Kedah - KL. Tyre repair kit won’t do shit if sidewall puncture occurred. doh.gif

Obviously my boot space will be halved but still, I can put my luggage on top of the tyre yes?

I did similar stunt for my 2018 honda city hybrid i-dcd. I put a 16” space saver tyre put in the boot. Can still fit in some luggage but not that much. It’s doable nonetheless.
Except the FC has decrease a little bit. Previously average 21 km/l mixed town & highway driving. Now around 19 km/l FC only but I don’t mind.

if travel kampung road frequently , indeed its a good move. road side assistance by the insurance company may take a while in rural areas. maybe only put on the spare while you travel back to kampung. normal days just take it out . tongue.gif
