since u connect using mifi, try put the mifi at your window to find which side giving better signal

play around and do few speedtest on each window

perhaps different part of the house? I found a funny situation when testing on my gf house last night.

All this while the best result yield was ~12mbps or so, there was once that I managed to get 20+mbps speed, and after that i never got that speed anymore and I ignored that. Odd enough, if i put it indoor at a lower position, but further from balcony glass door, the speed can go up to 16mbps. Last night i gave the modem another house tour, and just when I was about to give up, I just face the modem downwards facing the floor for the lulz, and surprisingly i got max speed of what my modem is capable of( well, somewhat ), at around 22mbps -25mbps sweat.gif

So moral of the story is that for high rise building, your management might have installed a few repeater, and i suspect mine is such case, and the repeated is located some floors below my gf's unit, and facing down surprisingly gives me ~20mbps most of the time, and 15mbps at peak hours.

Seems like Huawei Toolbox and LTEWatch does not support B315s? I can't read the dBm readings instead of indicator bar to measure accurately.

Cell info also not available for both Huawei Toolbox and LTEWatch icon_question.gif

Sorry. I meant use Network Cell Info App.
Scan for the towers around your area. Better yet, drive around and the towers should pop out on the map.

I found out that apparently, there are plenty of towers around my building, but there is 1 with clear Line of Sight to my balcony.
I pointed my antenna towards that and is getting 4 bars B3+B7 (14- 15Mbps during peak period.s). Previously I get 3 bars on B3 (16Mbps morning, 8 Mbps during peak periods)

Just wider 4G coverage. But speed up to 20Mbps only. Not faster than 4G+ speed.

Same like webe 850Mhz & Digi 900Mhz. Speed max 20Mbps. sad.gif

Yeah, speed wise is so so only. I just set my B310 router to auto. Much faster than locking on band 8. Usually consistently more than 20mbps, which is more than enough for me.

try change your modem location.

with ping and upload that good, usually it's the signal.

guys, i would like to ask some questions..

i got my sim today, bought online and already activate under my name.

but, when i check the plan it shows digi postpaid 50 instead of digi infinite 150 plan.

when i ask my seller, he answer that digi will upgrade the plan soon.. is it true?

if its true, how many days takes to upgrade to infinite 150?
