Guy, the RLH is actually bundle together with infinite plan?? Why in the bill stated RM30.00 then discounted RN30.00 again. Will this features have a promotion period of time?? Did call their customer service asking to deactivate international roaming but Digi staff said to enjoy the RLH the international roaming must be activated and also mentioned the RLH will only available till end of this year.

It's an add-on plan which Digi gives for free for Infinite 150 for now.
It has been extended since end of last year, so God knows when they will pull this back. Enjoy while you can.

Yes, RLH will definitely need international roaming to be turned on, else you cannot use it at all.

Thanks for the info.

Just have yet to try it out. And would like to check the exact way to use it. Let say we landed at overseas, and just turn on the roaming feature on in the phone and start using it? Or still need to reply some sms to start using the RLH?

Make sure your international roaming and RLH are activated. If your RLH is activated, you will see separate data and voice quota in your MyDigi app.

Then, turn on your data roaming and once you arrive in overseas, you can start using it immediately. No SMS is required.

Moving to a house in Penang that only has streamyx 1mpbs for rm110...

Considering getting this.

I game regularly and like to upload videos, hope it will be enough for me.

DiGi Infinite will definitely be better and considered an upgrade. Say goodbye to Shitmyx! Your only regret is that you didn't subscribe earlier.

Yes, the RLH is provided FOC for Infinite 150 user. You just need to call CS to activate it. Don't worry because DiGi alwayd keeps extending the service duration of RLH. Just enjoy with contentment 👍👍✌

SST is for total bill, so it is included but since RLH is zerolised, so won't charge for it.
Just like previously RM 159.

hi guys, quick question, tech noob here. digi infinite gives you a sim card for mobile phone, but in broadband thread you can insert the sim card into the router, so how do you guys use it?

go to work with the sim card, reach home and insert it into the router?

Hmm. Most of us make it as our broadband, so put in router all the time.
We have our own mobile plan.

Do you know anybody else in your area who is on Digi? If their phone is also on 3G only, could be a local network fault, then you need to call/chat with Digi to report the fault.

On the other hand, if your phone is 3G only everywhere you go, make sure your phone is not set to 3G/2G only. Otherwise check back with Samsung service centre.

Could be phone settings issue. Yes, I don't have such issue. Never drops to below 4G.
