QUOTE(staticxtreme @ Sep 5 2018, 04:49 PM) hi there thanks for replying i see, but currently plans like unifi rm129 - 100mbps seems cheaper than using this? RM 129 for 100Mbps may be announced tomorrow. Well, most of the people here don't have fixed broadband coverage or stuck with Streamyx, hence applied Infinite 150. So, no matter how attractive UniFi plans are, they cannot enjoy it. I have UniFi covered in my area but I chose Infinite 150 and relocated my UniFi back to hometown because I always travel, so no point having a fixed broadband sitting at home.

QUOTE(september2 @ Sep 5 2018, 03:05 PM) What router would you recommend for a large house. Since you have a large house and can afford it, I would go with the Asus RT-AC5300 router. Powerful and super fast. You will not regret it. QUOTE(Ngto @ Sep 5 2018, 04:23 PM) It's just a joke 😉 (I know she meant 'not') In frutie's own words , Well, she didn't say anything so I presume it's all good 🤣

QUOTE(fruitie @ Sep 5 2018, 11:23 AM) Make sure your international roaming and RLH are activated. If your RLH is activated, you will see separate data and voice quota in your MyDigi app. Then, turn on your data roaming and once you arrive in overseas, you can start using it immediately. No SMS is required. Hi sis, when you switch on phone overseas, do you manual choose the carrier or the phone fix it for you?

QUOTE(bjohnxbjohn @ Sep 5 2018, 08:48 PM) Hi sis, when you switch on phone overseas, do you manual choose the carrier or the phone fix it for you? You have to manually select those network partners mentioned in the RLH list. Select the wrong network and be prepared for a shocking bill.

QUOTE(bjohnxbjohn @ Sep 5 2018, 08:48 PM) Hi sis, when you switch on phone overseas, do you manual choose the carrier or the phone fix it for you? I let the phone choose for me, so far it is smart enough to choose only Digi's roaming partners. Nevertheless, I will screenshot the partner(s) before I go to overseas, just to avoid issues.

QUOTE(september2 @ Sep 5 2018, 10:14 PM) What do you think my minimum budget should be if I want reasonable coverage and no loss in speed for the infinite 150? I'm using B618, around RM 600 now. Quite good actually but I never use it in a bigger space. Only in my rented room in PJ. Back at our house in hometown which is 3-storey is using UniFi, so I cannot validate if B618 can do the work well.
