I guess cuz no one feed them at night so they had to eat during the day... Ohh and I think they purposely didn't put any sleeping place (coconut or "kain") to avoid the joey going to sleep Right CFP?

Ohh, and yes, the cage is very small, appx. the size that CFP stated...

Sense_less, it has been mentioned before that any fruit seed that we cannot eat, remove them before giving the fruit to your glider. And yes, it is better to give any fruit flesh in small grab sizes for your glider, this means that all fruits must be cut into small pieces because the like to grab and go their food.

Just a little update on Frodo.....he seems to be really okay now...still a bit more diarrhoe but I think he pretty much clean up himself this time....hardly see any black stuff stuck at his butt......

It has been such a regular routine for me to take him out and dump his backside in a bowl of warm water to clean his backside...he is now so used to it....he will just hold on the edge of the bowl and let me clean.....what a good boy.....

ofcoz they dont want them to sleep. if not, ppl cannot see them in action . so just put them inside a empty cage lor. just food and water in the exxoterra bowl. and theres a small hermit crab tank just infront of the glider cage. the light are bright and really close to the cage. sigh .. dah la no selimut or coconut hideout. next to a hot bright lamp pulak and they took it out .. put at ppl hands ...  . but what to do .. its not my shop ..

hi guys i'm back. hey cheeka seeing ur male gliders reminds me back when i first got mine. today his testical was missing. i'm assuming it that it had fell off. i've search through the whole cage but failed to find his little ball. must i apply anything so that he won't get infected or smtg like that?

At least down in malaysia the sellers give the buyers a variety of food for gliders - up here they just tell them to feed bananas & corn

Hey there guys and gals.

I've got a couple of questions and hoping that I could get some help here.

1) I've put a liitle plate of water in the cage but they don't drink at all. I read that they need lots of water. This worries me.

2) What's the most effective way to bond? I've only had them for 2 days. I've left them in the cage so far and occasionally putting my hand in for them to sniff. But I get hissed at for a while before they calm down. Am I doing it wrong?

3) They don't seem to be exploring the cage at all. They just eat and sleep all day. Any comments on this?

Really appreciate any comments or suggestions.
