You can convert plan to Ambassador but still requires you to go to Digi Centre.

Digi CS told me current implement LTE integration system so my network speed will be affected.

True, /termination/ownership transfer all need to go to Digi Centre, it is known as Digi Store.
Refer to this: http://new.digi.com.my/support/digi-store
Filter accordingly, for Ambassador plans only Digi Store can do.

just done online porting into DG from UM less than 30 min ago

hope will have better service than UM

definitely much better than UM..

i have UMobile..Digi...Celcom...etc

Digi great at the best average all day while Umobile at night congestion like shit but still depend on location
Celcom..vroom vroom at my place using HTTP injector.....the best speed overall at my place

its fxxking bad network speed & stability, problem persist for more than 7 mth

totally had enough with such bullshit

now hope DG has better speed & stability else gonna burn down both company vmad.gif ranting.gif
