Hi, it's my first day of port in to Digi with the Rm50
Received a simcard and kfc voucher yesterday, in package supposed to have a rm20 lazada voucher. May I know how and where to redeem?

Also today is my first day of activate digi, how come my digi app stated that my data will expired in 2days?
Means after 2days the data will be gone..?

Hi everyone! Got this sms from digi few days back, considering to cut my 2mbps streamyx (my area no unifi) and replace with this.

Since I am already on digi postpaid for so many years, this seems like a good deal, 16gb free stream (YouTube), 8gb stream on demand (Spotify & Netflix) and 16gb for everything else.

Anyone knows the free 10gb per month is for everything or only for specific apps? Lazy to drive as nearest digi centre is 30mins to 1 hour drive away. Is there any tethering limit? Thanks!

Currently on BB60, and want to upgrade to BB100. I emailed CS requesting to upgrade at the end of my current cycle. After confirming that I was the user I was told it wasn't possible - that they could only do it at the time of request (ie. I request today, it gets done today) meaning that I'd lose all of my unused bandwidth quota for this cycle.

All my phone auto lock to band 3 at my house but only 2 signal bar.. does that mean band 7 is not available at my area? Because i believe they will auto lock to band that provide the best signal right?

Allium is right.
The 200MB/7days for redemption is actually hidden feature for prepaid best.
It's very useful for lite internet user eg.: RM1x4 = (300+200)*4 = 2GB per month.

Digi always adjusting the plans quietly. I just noticed prepaid live changed from free 8GB to 10GB monthly.

I'm comparing the latest Prepaid Live & Prepaid Best.
Prepaid best doesn't sound attractive comparing to prepaid live nowadays..

Router can be easily bought, plenty in the market. I think it ties you with contract if you take up with router? I'm not sure.

I am a bit confused with the Digi Internet plans. Just to confirm what I have to pay for the 20GB plan:
Starter - RM8
20GB - RM88
Total - RM96

What is One Time Pass? Can I use it on top of the starter pack?
Starter - RM8
Unlimited high speed internet - RM8
Total - RM16

Since this is a forum, I would like to know whether other telco has better plan or coverage for that place.
