Obviously you can drive faster, but don't expect 17km/l fuel consumptions tongue.gif I have returned consistently above 18km/l on highways by driving around the speed limit.

Driving at 150km/h would return around 13km/l.

true true..same story with me... itchy leg less km/l..gently get speed up can get 17,18/l

Hi all, been doing some survey on DIY car care product such as sealant, car shampoo, window glass repellant etc. Sealant or wax wise, I heard soft99 fusso coat is one of best. Any good recommendations on DIY car care combo ? smile.gif

Hi, am new here. Been reading the threads and it's satisfying. Read about the rubber seal for dash board and around the doors to reduce noise, want to ask the sifus... does this helps?

Thanks for the suggestions folks, it's very helpful. Thanks for introducing Soft99 to me, I was shock about all the reviews online about how useful and reliable it was. If that's the case, I guessed I'll be a happy guy if I were to go with WOP + Soff99 Fusso Coat. Guessed it would be a good combo.

But of course, it will even better if the coating (or detailing) was done by the professional with appropriate equipment, skills and stuff. I second you guys that it will be a worthwhile investment.

Apart of me been thinking to save up those money and spend it on aesthetic mods instead, you know, the usual grille, wrap, body kits and stuffs  biggrin.gif

Not necessarily the professionals will do a better job unless you pay those RM4k+ that comes with 5-7years waranty on coating, end of the day it's not their own car... they won't put as much TLC as a owner will. If you are very OCD and meticulous, doing your own may also yield good satisfying results. Just make sure you read and follow the instructions on those car care products.

Also by doing it yourself, you get to know your car better. Find out things you might miss when collecting the new car and then you can report it when you send it in for your first 1k km service.

Managed to get 22-23km/l when driving 80-90km/h constantly on 1.5TC. That was the best I can achieve.

LOL! My engine and chassis number are in the low 100, so ok laaa tongue.gif I still remember the feeling when I first got it, and it was rare on the roads. It was like being a celebrity man - people turning their heads everywhere, being stared at traffic lights, people taking pictures, people asking questions when I get down from the car - worst part is all the lalabengs, rempits and wiralution fanboys ajak racing on the roads rolleyes.gif

Still, I think my next car - years down the road la, coz I love this Civic - will not be a first batch car anymore. Best get a facelift + lot's of freebies and discount - I received SOME freebies and 0 discount. But it was definitely worth it coz of the above experience!

Guys, I'm a "new" owner of TC-P OPW. Would like to check on servicing schedule. I've done my 1k inspection back in May and currently my screen is showing Service Due every time I start the car now, my mileage is 6700km. Is this the turbo service or has my 10000k oil change arrived early? Appreciate you reply. Thank you.

I just notice the front passenger seat cushion cover is really loose?

Its like it can be easily lift up from the bottom. Is it supposed to be like this?
