U indeed well known, one of the above Kuantan consultant is the guy that i mentioned, but don't have the opportunity to talk to him directly yet, caused he is recomended by an agent in Endau, Johor which i knew him a year ago, So far he is the middle men between me and the consultant. I think u know what this agent looking for..........treating this consultant as his boss already

This agent have 5 farm at the moment, 1 st farm 3 1/2 years 3sty shoplot which 2 units combined together, farm at 2nd and 3rd floor, their latest result is 6 kg per two month cause a bit slow down recently, the farm is jointventure with the consultant. Another 3 farm located at Kulai, 1 st farm 2 years old 40 nest inside, result no good so he looking for buyer at the moment. another 2 farm just started couple of months ago, in short term he also want to sell it away cause he bought the shoplot pretty cheap. The last farm is at Endau Pahang also just started few month back, this one he not going to sell anyway cause in proses of applying licence.

Not sure you familiar or not the area around Endau Pahang, Bought a shoplot there develope by Tunas Manja last year, but got to sell it off recently cause not able to get licence anymore for the new shoplot started this year onward. Don't know lucky or not but still able to make couple of thousand ringgit of the sale. A bit heart pain to sell it off if seeing countless swiftlet flying above the shoplot roof eventhough under the hot sun 12-1pm, because few step away is few old farm getting around 10kg a month.

Experience told us that most corner shoplot does not succeed in catching birds IF THE OWNER HIRED CON-sultant to do the job. Most of the time in order to profit more from the deal, they just do it in minimalist style...the lest material, the better and less labour too.
At the end, birds played in the house and never stay....or if you are lucky,
maybe 5 nests per year.......

Actually, the govt is afraid to issue licence because worry that farm house in shoplot will increase.

I think it is a simple solution, govt can control it by issue all titles for new development with one condition ` no swiftlet farming is allowed ' !!
In this case, there will be no farm houses in any new township.

For existing farm houses which are mostly situated in old town or development or abandoned township such as Bkt beruntung, Bkt sentosa,
Kundang, these farm houses should be legalised and be issue license that can be renewed every year.

All calculation for license can be done as follows :-

License/year : RM1.00 x Total square ft of farm house so for,

2 storey shoplot (20 x 70) = RM1.00 x 2800 = RM2,800 per year
3 storey shoplot (20 x 70) = RM4,200 / per year
3 storey Standalone building (30 x 100) = RM9,000 / per year
4 storey Standalone building (30 x 100) = RM12,000 / per year

For noise pollution :-

All monkey house to be demolished and only open roof type is allowed to apply for license. No more complained from neighbours.

Just to share my years experiences in swiftlet farming, i think i can categorise all so called consultant in this industry as follow :-

1) Those who owned a successful farm, acctually most of the time owned by their relatives or their parents who had asked our indonesian sifu to design the farm and been operation for more than 20 years. 3) Those who do not even owned a farm house but had visited his friend
farm house and by looking at the design, he just copy it 100% and started his consultation business. This type of consultant skill level normally only about 30%. Their success rate is about 0%

4) Those who had few farms and had done many farm houses for many people and had honed the skill of swiftlet farming mostly by trial and error.
This type of consultant skill level normally only about 80%. Their success rate is about 50%.

If you do read it carefully, the success rate of their consultation work max
is only 50% !!!! and the more consultation he did, the lower the rate!!!.

Do you still want to look for a consultant to do your work.... of course you do... at least you have 50% chances of success rate.

Can you depend totally to consultant, NO, you need to put in effort for the remaining 50%. This includes daily monitoring of your birds population (if possible), weekly check on your equipments, sd players (if possible), any predators inside your farm house, external sound attractive or not.....
This part is the only important thing that will ensure your farm will succeed or not.

about my point of view of Consultant they are just business man,trying to sell an starter kit for new nest farmers,it comes with an prices depend what they give u(concrect floor or auto door)after instaling every things n after with few nest ,total bills is the word.nothing more.nest farming needs years of farming expreances even harvesting nest too.consultant had no time to guide u for some years
about birds calling CDs,some guys asked me fr CDs but my point is here.does any one buy an single CDs for RM$3,000,tats the point if lets say we own some of those CDs to call birds will we share it at open market??it will just making the Cd usless if that is done

many players with good result at farming does not wanted to share their expreances is because few years back when their farm was visited by some called consultant then after few days the farm got enter by crooks.tats the main problem n second does not like people to know how much KGs an month they harvest is because of the L**N problem tats for sure.Cina ma.if not they will come asking for some 28% problem right.so dont say we are selfish.

any one intrested to know more about nest processing can always drive to my places here to visit e factory here n will understand more in this biz.

Your pictures of the red nests, is it genuine or chemically treated stuff?

I personally think that the red nests you seem to promote is "adulterated".

A picture tells a thousand words and in this case, it smells of CON unless proven otherwise.

RED OR NO RED IS NOT YR PROBLEM it sell like hot cakes.

first u come to stab people n now u wanted to ask questions about red ,golden or what

if u cant make the diffrent bout red nest or white nest then u better sit back n just watch what people got to comment.

OK,here is for the gang to know more about red or golden nest reason.at market there is 2 types of red nest.100% non cemical involve.just an amonia process goes tru like we chinese eat century eggs"pei tan"".why the egg is not broken yet but the egg white inside had turned dark brown color??

1st type of red nest with good standard need an 90days process to get the color in the bird farm even the birds is still staying at the nest.the farm is an old old 40 years farm that the amonia conditions is so high n moisture enough to change the color of the nest(protien) into yellow at the first 30 days then golden after 60 days then red at 90 days.harvest comes to the orders of the market.if i order red then owner will harvest those 90 days nest but if order are golden then 60 days nest.

2nd typr is those low standard one,make by white nest some use shit nest(nest that kena shit ).the process is till the same but only 1 week time.many types of mixture of amonia n some say aji no moto(kekeke) is added into an well the nest at top cover up to get the amonia treatment so that the color change.its very commen at jakarta or surabaya side but as for us nest processer we can easly make the diffrent by the smell.
1 week reds is by using very heavy amonia fume to treat it red at just 1 week but 90 days reds i think its OK.

90 days red only smell a bit of the amonia but for those 1 week reds ,just touching it yr hand will also smell even if u wash it with soap.good or no good for health i dont know cause i just waiting for orders from CN even i offer them white also they say red sells good.biz ma.

end of this month sorry cause my boss over indonesia is kawin so have to attend dinner but if u guys wanna see indonesian 250 workers at nest processing factory come join me.i will arrange table at the wedding dinner fr u gang but make sure u pay "ANG POW" lah.
mostly nest collected here at MAL is exported to indon for process cause of labour diffrents,many wont understand but that is the truth.as early i say this buisness like working like an cow,run here run there like mad man.
farming at indonesia does not show u much cause they r also suffering there for long time aready as many indon come to see us farm here says "malaysia bird are "siew one"(gila one) means once open sound all come flokering but not at indonesia ,so one havent seen how hard its there dont say its an easy task.
still the same word "go back to farming" cause once harvest u got the 90% of the money aready but even farming there is many tech n expreances must be involve unless u willing to be the 85% gang.
