Hi Koh Loh, nice meeting you here, thanks for your expert advice. last two week just bought two corner lot double story in Jementah, Segamat. That area i heard the breeding speed is around 100 nest in first one year, in your exprience that area is suitable for me to invest as a newbie ?

segamat is an good spot for farming too but seems many farm there aready.speed are good at start early few years back but i dont think now cause too much farm now,as fr u with shop can try loh,
depend at who is yr see foo n how good he is,dont expect an Con sultant to consult all farm with good result,if he is so good at this then he aready rich with his own farm.any consultant that dont own few farm with few thousand pieces please dont call them self consultant, it will bring others into the 85% bus.no
survey must be done first for few time to be sure there is birds around n does yr skill win over guys over there ,if no, can u get others high hands birds tat staying at their farm to stay at yr places??aready had how many farms near by??is there any old farm near by that produce babies fr u??

Hi Koh Loh Jementah is a small town 20 km from Segamat on the way to Tangkak , if i am not wrong the place just started become hot spot these 1 or 2 years time. nearby 300 ft from my shop there were around 3 no double sty shop already started operating 3 or 4 years ago and each of them are getting around 3 kg a month, all of them making the farm at 2 nd floor only.

Expected more than 10 new farm will be constructed including myself when the cf ready in December. Any advice if i am looking for crystal swiftlet (cs) to be my consultant ? always come across in the internet that they are no 1 famous consultant in Malaysia. Will they (cs) be too busy with good business untill....... some of their client farm especially newbie like us failed under their consultation ? as you mentioned above don't expect an consultant to consult all farm with good result, i heard their on-site inspection fee is not cheap either for prior full consultation.

U indeed well known, one of the above Kuantan consultant is the guy that i mentioned, but don't have the opportunity to talk to him directly yet, caused he is recomended by an agent in Endau, Johor which i knew him a year ago, So far he is the middle men between me and the consultant. I think u know what this agent looking for..........treating this consultant as his boss already

This agent have 5 farm at the moment, 1 st farm 3 1/2 years 3sty shoplot which 2 units combined together, farm at 2nd and 3rd floor, their latest result is 6 kg per two month cause a bit slow down recently, the farm is jointventure with the consultant. Another 3 farm located at Kulai, 1 st farm 2 years old 40 nest inside, result no good so he looking for buyer at the moment. another 2 farm just started couple of months ago, in short term he also want to sell it away cause he bought the shoplot pretty cheap. The last farm is at Endau Pahang also just started few month back, this one he not going to sell anyway cause in proses of applying licence.

Not sure you familiar or not the area around Endau Pahang, Bought a shoplot there develope by Tunas Manja last year, but got to sell it off recently cause not able to get licence anymore for the new shoplot started this year onward. Don't know lucky or not but still able to make couple of thousand ringgit of the sale. A bit heart pain to sell it off if seeing countless swiftlet flying above the shoplot roof eventhough under the hot sun 12-1pm, because few step away is few old farm getting around 10kg a month.

Go in the farm and check the quantity.... then that's will be more accurate to tell.........

fall on poor side...... but better than 0 nest.......... buy or not judge urself, 50 to 100 nest will be fair to consider............
