Handy little thing. Quite "torquey" for it's size. Almost slipped from my hand when I first tried it. Tried driving a 1-inch screw into a block of pine and managed to drive it in at the torque setting no. 3

Will try using it in my next woodworking project alongside my drill to drill pilot hole and the GO to drive screws.

All in all very satisfied with product (most of it is because of the 2-unit deal on shopee  biggrin.gif )

Can buy those drill bits with hex end. And carry a single GO for pilot hole and screwdriving. brows.gif

He can still buy it at shoppee, only the price has increased.

Having seen it, I must say that it is impossible to get it at that price. They must have sold it at a loss (perhaps for promotion and advertisement). Even the set of bosch screw bits may cost rm37 if we buy separately. Furthermore, the battery is lithium ion instead of nimh. The feel of the tool is solid compared to the China brand and, even if u compare to black and decker it is still a no match, this is of a very good quality tool indeed. Good buy indeed. Thanks rigidius for informing us and old newspaper for the discount.

If I knew it of this good quality, I would have bought 6 units.

i'm hooked on welding.
so much easier compared to woodworking. like 1000x easier.
so thinking of buying a smaller unit that i can carry around and lift and weld on a ladder. the previous unit is 76kg behemoth.

thinking of getting these multiprocess welders that can also do TIG so i can do really really thin materials.
shortlisted these models:

austcorp mig2000s

masw mig201s

any comment before i place order?

also found this Cigweld Transmig 175i clearing stock. very high quality construction. much better than above models, but made in australia so support and parts and repair might be a problem later.

in my past experience, get a set of longer welding cable is far more practical then moving the entire welder up and down

recently i came across Bata Industrials safety shoes

they look interesting, and more importantly, the price is quite cheap, considering that it's used worldwide (compared to local brands like King, etc etc)

Hey guys, newbie diy here, looking for drill/driver recommendations. hardest thing to drill maybe cement and brick walls.

budget preferably under 300, corded and comes in a kit. Been looking on Lazada and Bosch GSB 500 seems OK? any input on that?

Thanks 😁

try drilling a pilot hole first, maybe using 3mm bit

then gradually with 6mm, 12mm or whatever size you want

use high speed rpm, but low torque since 3mm bits are easily broken. drive the drill firmly but slowly
