Partially, that is what I knew. That's why the relocation of Pin Hwa happened at the very early stage of Setia Alam.

So gomen basically has approved the relocation but due to 80% building costs, that's why still cannot approved "officialy" now?

during the time is pre-bullrun... pricing below 300k so many years ago equal to 700k nowadays already.... money valuation also change liao.... not to mention the changes in material prices etc...

Sg Long, SHL redbrick freehold DSL, large land and built up, below 300K, now should be RM 1M right?

as i mentioned 600k-700k is the reasonable price based the valuations ran up from pre-bull run to bull run time... lol.... and other than SHL's landed... other developers' landed nearby there commanding such subsales pricing too... bear in mind... its just a F&G simple taman and some dont even have F&G.....

I feel EM need to improve their leasing team as EcoSky at Jalan Kuching has been vpe since almost one year ago but the shop lot still empty. Dun talk about EM, ES and other ulu area township..haiz..I feel SP Setia is doing better compare to EM. At least they able to get Tenby, Real Kids, MBO to be operate at SEH and also coming soon clubhouse which EM really need gambateh to chase them.
