Wats d launching price 4 cradleton? These sellers r desperados with no holding power so dont mind cash out at a loss. New townships like em need 2 hold at least 2-3 yrs 2 make a decent profit

Get otwc, sb n cbtl n other more established f&b 2 open here sure can attract more ppl especially d youngsters. D biz area need varieties in biz like clinics, bakery shops, grocery shop, hardware shop etc 2 attract ppl
