I don't see they have the capability and resources to manage a proper mall.
If that's what you mean, it have to be own by them. No more trend and successful case study for individual owners mall. Fail big time even at golden triangle.

Aside that Eco Sanctuary launch 1 year later than EM if I remember correctly and their mall are next year, where's our "lab"? Don't say mall.

Different..Gamuda walk is not a mall. Just some shoplots below their SOHO projects.

Gamuda never shout anything about Mall during first launch too. They sell at rm200++k for a twonship with two huge golf clubs and they didn't build the club 10 years later.

And Supermarket were there so long since Tesco although no Mall. Private and public school didn't come.15 years later.

And that's 20 years ago old township planning.
The way they plan mew township today are different from their 20 years ago too. How can a creating tomorrow and beyond developer still chasing at 20 years ago planning?

Brother, they build cause pipu who bought the houses back then got free membership mate. KK was dead when it was first launched bru. Barely anyone living here. Took a while for anyone to even move in. Shoplot after 7 years only got more tenants. Landscape? : Trees are like EcoMajestic all small bushes and sticks. After 2 decades, the trees for sure will grow bigger and taller and more mature. Short term la you. Expect magic after few months VP.
