Hey guys, newbie here. I had place a buy order on a share. What does matched stock mean? does this mean that I had successfully buy the stock? any further procedure once the stock is matched?

Matched = your buy order is done already.

You don't need to do anything apart from paying for the purchase within T+3 days.

sometimes it scares me when people jump into stocks and not learn the system and terms

Yes, I am still holding LC Titan. But I didn’t buy it during IPO though. I bought it after it first crashed. Now still down -22% in my portfolio.

Hi, in the stock market, the stock prices will go up and down. When the price is down, as long as i dont sell off the stock , there's still chance for the stock price to go up , right ? Just wait and sell off the stock when the price is high to gain money, right ? I know this is a simple question, but i am clueless about the stock market , hope you guys can help

Not all stocks will rise up again. The reason it rise is because of revenue, profits and dividends. Shareholders expect these to increase. If these increase then only stock price will increase.
