To all sifu.. I’m thinking to buy a new house at tiara sendayan.. this will be my first house.. and I prefer to stay there cos I working at klia.. is that ok for me to buy the house? Cos my friend say that is gadong jaya like Malay place... is that ok for me to stay? I’m sorry for asking like this... but it’s my first time to buy a house I have a lot to think....

Did u manage to grab it? I heard all 400 units have been taken during the launching day...U better stay in BSS which is also near to KLIA and Seremban town if haven't grab it. |

It seems the residential units in BSS sell like a hot cake. Have any one look into commercial unit in Sendayan Metro park shop lot? The unit is next to TUDM main entrance and upcoming Crystal mosque. According to agent it's near the exit from Sendayan Tech Valley too. SPA price RM 1,018,000 after rebate 937k completed in 2 years time. Current ground floor asking rent of previous phase completed unit around 3k. May I have your opinion? Do you think the shop lot gonna make it?

I think there are 2 under-construction mosque in BSS. One in Metro Park and the other one is in Nusari area.
