And 1 more thing S2 Heights also have their own S2 Club House 6 star same like dTempat BSS if im not mistaken, thats what make the price higher, compared to the house that dont have any club house facilities is cheaper

How big is S2 Club, don't think it as good as d'Tempat Country Club.

If not mistaken Eka matahari land has been bought by matrix but in gadong jaya, so it will in BSS also in future maybe

REMBAU, Oct 18 — The existing railway alignment will not be used for the Seremban station  of the High Speed Rail (HSR) link between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, said Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.

He said there would be a new alignment to avoid more residential areas from being acquired for the purpose.

“It has to be a new alignment because there has to be a buffer zone of 250 metres on either side of the high speed rail track.

“If we are to use the existing alignment, many housing areas will be affected. So the new alignment from Melaka will pass mainly oil palm plantations,  namely the Jimah area (Port Dickson) onwards to  Sendayan, Gadong Jaya and to Labu (Seremban) and that is where our  HSR  station will be built,” he said.

He was speaking to reporters after attending a Deepavali open house hosted by MIC Information chief and Rembau MIC division chairman Datuk VS Mogan in Rantau near here today.

The HSR KL-SG line links  Kuala Lumpur, Bangi, Putrajaya, Seremban, Melaka, Muar, Batu Pahat, Iskandar Puteri and Singapore. — Bernama

So cannot be in Eka Matahari because got many house there. So why not built seremban station near STV or in STV itself hihi

btw, Eka Matahari is under Labu district.. and the new lebuh KLIA -Enstek - Sendayan apparently run through  Eka Matahari..

Next year start work , estimate 2026 can start operate.....long wait. XD

Yes SKLIA highway, i think this is the best place because very near to SKLIA also, compared to the previous in labu near plantation

HSR can pass by many area but the most important is where is the station located, we shall know 13 days from now.

So may feedback to them where the public want the station be.
