I think matrix just wait for the pdrm and bomba, they delay for too long maybe because of changing government, maybe hard new gov not support matrix anymore, and new gov sees no need to have another balai bomba and balai polis because S2 and Mambau already have.

New developer in BSS.

Matrix Concept VS DBerhad

Before this Matrix Concept joint venture with Menteri Besar Incorporated (MBI) during BN time. Now during PH time MBI changed name to MBNSI and joint venture with DBerhad with mixed development, maybe MBNSI dont want to be friend with Matrix anymore because matrix is BN legacy haha, just my opinion.

Maybe a good competition, and maybe with this will booth BSS with faster development. 50-acre commercial land owned by MBNSI where is it?

The no-objection letter is a prerequisite as the land where the facilities sit on belongs to the government.

The MHC, a non-profit organisation and once reputed to be the country's largest dialysis centre, also owns the privately-run MMC.

Once approved, the new set-up would be known as the Matrix Mawar Medical Centre.

Lee said SHSB will also assume MHC's liabilities estimated at RM33mil once the licence is approved.

What my thought is because Matrix before looking for operator for their new hospital, but now Matrix buy mawar hospital share and become their matrix medical center, the one near HTJ is the existing one and still proceed, but the new one they will build in BSS for the new Matrix Mawar Medical Centre, just my 2 cents
