Best of the xpax for now is data rollover, want to subscribe hotlink internet plan but maxis dont have 4G+ at my current area.

I wonder why my celcom line keeps on having problem connecting to 4g after midnight. This is the third day in a row.

Yup.. When clock strike midnite..
Celcom definitely doing something with the tower..
30 min before midnight.. It will start to slow

After about 30nins after midnight... Back to normal.
Always like that

Celcom say will fix this problem soon.
My area also become like this.
12am-12:30am no line at all(i mean all 2G,3G & 4G line).

Maybe they will fix this problem soon. smile.gif

I thought it was me only having this problem.

Every day around 12am onwards sure the line suddenly dropped become 3G with no Internet. Then after 5 to 30 minutes only the line back to normal.

I'm on XPAX Prepaid and this sure is getting annoying.

Cheras area. It started around mid of this year I believe.

I think that line stability has no related with on-going promotion
But somehow double up data can increase the demand eventually make it congested??
You use prepaid right?know this double up data promotion

kawkaw squad still not worth it & also must be under 25
KawKaw RM30 give you 7.5GB data monthly

for other user above 25..
can get the RM20 monthly 2GB
so just addon Rm3 for 2GB

total RM29 give 8GB


so which is better?

This also happens to me sometimes but not for a long stretch up to 30 min like some claims but only 3-5 minutes after 12. But last night I didn't have any issue with it.

If there's any Celcom staff here, you might want to inform someone about this:

A new celcom user, googles "celcom check balance", they will be presented with a top google result, this page:
https://www.celcom.com.my/personal/support/...d=1360826581220

So following your guide, they will dial *118#. Instead of showing the balance/validity directly, they will be presented with a menu, then navigate to _3_ submenus, to finally get "Message Successfully Delivered" after choosing "Main Account", no balance/credit shown, not even an SMS received.

This is extremely poor and frustrating UX behavior.

Now you will jump at me: ya la must dial *124#.
But where is it that that top google result posted above? Update your guide or update your system.

Just checked ocs, usage log displayed my call rate are still 28sen per 10 minutes, correct as per the old x2 plan rate which I'm still in. Then checked *118*1*4# and it showed as 30sen per minute. Asked xpax fb admin earlier and he/she said the *118*1*4# are correct, got "penyelarasan". Dafuq is wrong with your system, celcom???

If it stated reload before 31 Dec 2017. Does it mean that I must top up before the stated date?
Meaning 30 Dec 2017 is the last day to top up to keep the credit?

What about the data? Since Xpax got the data carry forward function, does it mean that as long as I top up on 30 Dec 2017? If I top up, does it new. I can just continue to use the data straightaway as long as my line is active or I must activate another data plan in order to use the carry forwarded data?
