That google problem not xpax.
All xpax simpack come with hardcopy manual. Unless user take only sim card and throw away the paper.

What about the data? Since Xpax got the data carry forward function, does it mean that as long as I top up on 30 Dec 2017? If I top up, does it new. I can just continue to use the data straightaway as long as my line is active or I must activate another data plan in order to use the carry forwarded data?

Currently I am on weekly plan, if before expiry i subsribe another monthly plan instead of weekly plan, can i still use the rollover data from the weekly plan?

i have buy the add on since it start the promo 23rd of last month.
the video walla add on really worth becoz i like to stream HD drama,
last time my high speed data finish very fast coz of HD video, so now i just buy video walla add on for stream drama online.

Well, that had been their service charge policy for a long time because some of the their logic is you have full access to to all data/call/sms within those days (even if it's not 30 days), they should charge a whole month for it.

after promo over still continue as per normal..

why get the rm20 for 30GB monthly?
get the rm7 for 20GB weekly...value for money

if that week..cannot finish....as long enough credit and auto renew is activated
1st rollover if cannot finish will be 20GB + 20GB...total RM14 only

by 3rd week if cannot finish...20GB + 20Gb + 20Gb = 60GB at RM21 only

tell me which telco offer Unlimited Unused Data Rollover to follow months/daily/weekly???

usually only limited Data Rollover like 2GB or 5GB depending on your plan.

Now Celcom say Data Rollover everything unused also you not happy?

As usual..when we sign up...never read the fine print
Apparently Only Celcom Postpaid plan minimal commitment 1 month.

you should be lucky that Celcom never charge you porate usage + 1 month cancellation fee.
