If there's any Celcom staff here, you might want to inform someone about this:
A new celcom user, googles "celcom check balance", they will be presented with a top google result, this page:

So following your guide, they will dial *118#. Instead of showing the balance/validity directly, they will be presented with a menu, then navigate to _3_ submenus, to finally get "Message Successfully Delivered" after choosing "Main Account", no balance/credit shown, not even an SMS received.
This is extremely poor and frustrating UX behavior.
Now you will jump at me: ya la must dial *124#.
But where is it that that top google result posted above? Update your guide or update your system.
