Yeah. Their fb confirmed its correct, its a "readjustment" as per their word. Guess i also need to readjust my decision to stay with celcom. No cheap x2 call rate, no strong enough reason to stay. I still need their awesome coverage for rural areas though so I'll probably port to one of the mvno riding on celcom infra, either tunetalk or onexox. Onexox seems enticing with its 28months validity.

Interesting.. This is what I've said earlier, celcom always fucks up, inconsistencies of information scattered in their shitty system. Their fb admin confirmed to me that the info on *118*1*4# are indeed correct. But then again, there are those idiot cs who doesn't even understand their own system and just spurt nonsense.

Someone really need to test this shit out. Call any local mobile number for 2 minutes and see how much the credit are deducted. If its 60sen then its true it changed to 30sen per minute. If it just deducted 28sen then its still following the old rate of 28sen per 10 minutes or 5 minutes to non celcom.

You meant finish quota but still in internet plan time period right? I thought thats already the case for xpax since long time ago, if finish high speed quota then still can browse with capped 64kbps until end of plan period. Or am i wrong here

Block ppu should work just as the name suggest, to block ppu altogether when didn't have internet plan at all.

I've said this before and I'll say it again, celcom are known to be the shittiest telco when it comes to information, all scattered inconsistently in their cringy system.

Just checked ocs, usage log displayed my call rate are still 28sen per 10 minutes, correct as per the old x2 plan rate which I'm still in. Then checked *118*1*4# and it showed as 30sen per minute. Asked xpax fb admin earlier and he/she said the *118*1*4# are correct, got "penyelarasan". Dafuq is wrong with your system, celcom???

You checked how? In my case, while my x2 also displayed as 30sen/minute and 15sen/sms in *118*1*4# but in practice its still following the old correct rate of 28sen/10minutes. Checked my balance after calls, plus ocs logs still correctly deducted 28sen/10minutes.

You're referring to the rm20 monthly unlimited basic internet or is there another rm20 monthly plan I'm not aware of?

Not much different than existing nokelentong plan, still expensive for call rate... Gonna keep staying with my ancient x2 plan waiting for proper new plan. Can't beat the super cheap call and sms rate, plus ability to sub extend validity too. For data could always sub to newer plan offer.

Theres also the tunetalk rm30 unlimited calls and sms. Can get 1gb for rm5. Plus free 4gb for 15days due to reloading rm30. But its prepaid and might be for limited time only so yeah, for longterm without risk of sudden change in tnc then hotlink flex is the cheapest for unlimited calls.

The new app doesn't even recognized my xpax number ported from hotlink, showed error of not a valid celcom number. Probably because the 012 prefix. Smh

Finally the new celcom life app accepted my ported hotlink number as a valid celcom number but then the otp sms never arrive. So much hassle

Got my x2 call rate auto raised substantially to abomination. Sigh

I believe the rate at ussd *118# aren't correct for all plan. For me its always showed 30sen/min 15sen/sms since few months ago but only now it really changed. And according to their fb page only X2 affected by the stupid penyelarasan. For X24, 1Malaysia, nokelentong etc better check manually, check credit, make a call or send sms then check credit balance again. I guess only the 28sen/10minutes of X2 not making them money. Fuckin idiots changed rate without notice nor consent
