Still have, at least for me. Try to dial *128# Chat pack is rm5 for 50mb while social pack is rm10 for 150mb

QUOTE(a2zextra @ Jul 16 2017, 02:18 AM) So expensive. At least Celcom could lowering down the pricing to 10 times lower, then it's better. Yeah agree, abit on the expensive side. They probably won't reduce it because they're the only one providing such plan, no competition from other telco.

QUOTE(fat16 @ Dec 15 2017, 07:51 AM) please check your call rate. my x2 become 30sen/minute. *118*1*4# Dafuq? My x2 also changed. Anyone tested if its really changed to 30sen/minute or just celcom system fucked up? Their system are known to be the least stable among all main telco.

Yeah. Their fb confirmed its correct, its a "readjustment" as per their word. Guess i also need to readjust my decision to stay with celcom. No cheap x2 call rate, no strong enough reason to stay. I still need their awesome coverage for rural areas though so I'll probably port to one of the mvno riding on celcom infra, either tunetalk or onexox. Onexox seems enticing with its 28months validity.

QUOTE(epsilon99 @ Dec 16 2017, 03:13 PM) WAIT WAIT WAITMy X2, if using that *118*1*4# also shows 30sen/minutes. But I checked my OCS account. It is still 28sen for more than 2 minutes a call. Also for SMS, is 2sen Celcom and 8sen non-Celcom. So my X2 is still X2.You all X2 users better check your OCS account to confirm your rate. Otherwise buta lose a good package. Interesting.. This is what I've said earlier, celcom always fucks up, inconsistencies of information scattered in their shitty system. Their fb admin confirmed to me that the info on *118*1*4# are indeed correct. But then again, there are those idiot cs who doesn't even understand their own system and just spurt nonsense. Someone really need to test this shit out. Call any local mobile number for 2 minutes and see how much the credit are deducted. If its 60sen then its true it changed to 30sen per minute. If it just deducted 28sen then its still following the old rate of 28sen per 10 minutes or 5 minutes to non celcom. This post has been edited by axxer: Dec 16 2017, 05:08 PM

QUOTE(Anime in HD @ Dec 20 2017, 08:39 PM) Look like celcom have ping problem. Don't know why. Speedtest always ping high but still faster speed... About Block PPU. After finish internet data. Speed reduce to 64kbps same like basic internet. Atleast now X2 can become 64kbps speed than eat credit. You meant finish quota but still in internet plan time period right? I thought thats already the case for xpax since long time ago, if finish high speed quota then still can browse with capped 64kbps until end of plan period. Or am i wrong here Block ppu should work just as the name suggest, to block ppu altogether when didn't have internet plan at all.

QUOTE(Anime in HD @ Dec 21 2017, 11:28 AM) Ok. Now me want to rant a bit. Block PPU not work at all. Today my credit kena telan. Left RM0.00 in my account. Syukur det time left RM5 only. Not much. So, me want to say Block PPU is just something in OCS. But, when you buy it. Not work at all. Also, when i go there(OCS website again) me wait till 5 min still not popup that purchase. Block PPU is not real. Maybe that is Celcom website bugs only.. I've said this before and I'll say it again, celcom are known to be the shittiest telco when it comes to information, all scattered inconsistently in their cringy system.

Just checked ocs, usage log displayed my call rate are still 28sen per 10 minutes, correct as per the old x2 plan rate which I'm still in. Then checked *118*1*4# and it showed as 30sen per minute. Asked xpax fb admin earlier and he/she said the *118*1*4# are correct, got "penyelarasan". Dafuq is wrong with your system, celcom???

QUOTE(fat16 @ Jan 6 2018, 07:35 AM) just check pelan: SOX expire 2022 call sms rates has been update following kelentong plan. All celcom prepaid whatever plan using the One rates rules them all which is 30sen/minute , 15sen/sms You checked how? In my case, while my x2 also displayed as 30sen/minute and 15sen/sms in *118*1*4# but in practice its still following the old correct rate of 28sen/10minutes. Checked my balance after calls, plus ocs logs still correctly deducted 28sen/10minutes.

Not much different than existing nokelentong plan, still expensive for call rate... Gonna keep staying with my ancient x2 plan waiting for proper new plan. Can't beat the super cheap call and sms rate, plus ability to sub extend validity too. For data could always sub to newer plan offer.

QUOTE(JLA @ Apr 17 2018, 08:17 PM) Don't think so. How come postpaid with unlimited call getting cheaper but prepaid call getting expensive ? hotlink flex the cheapest plan with unlimited call. Theres also the tunetalk rm30 unlimited calls and sms. Can get 1gb for rm5. Plus free 4gb for 15days due to reloading rm30. But its prepaid and might be for limited time only so yeah, for longterm without risk of sudden change in tnc then hotlink flex is the cheapest for unlimited calls. I believe the rate at ussd *118# aren't correct for all plan. For me its always showed 30sen/min 15sen/sms since few months ago but only now it really changed. And according to their fb page only X2 affected by the stupid penyelarasan. For X24, 1Malaysia, nokelentong etc better check manually, check credit, make a call or send sms then check credit balance again. I guess only the 28sen/10minutes of X2 not making them money. Fuckin idiots changed rate without notice nor consent
