this project definitely not for investment....no student or expat going to stay here...

not walking distance to uni/college or or LRT/MRT

location not bad but look at how bad icon city nowadays despite its good location

i prefer location of highpark suites and panorama , but sunway serene is more exclusive with good landscaping, a lake with classy signage and entrance

LOCATION WISE:

PARADIGM RESIDENCES > GAMUDA HIGHPARK SUITES > PANORAMA > SUNWAY SERENE >ICON CITY

but i see they gv haier brand aircond in their show unit. Isnt haier a cheap brand from China? Also, the other things that they gv also not very atas, maybe the price is expensive because of location, not product hehe

On the oth hand newer player like Exsim equipped with top brands i.e Twin Arkz, but also not cheap

Mostly the buyers i see if family type or those parents buying for their kids. Which is kinda good it can create a better community. Also this has another 4.5 years to go, who knows what will happen by that time...maybe icon city would be booming back or it can be super run down by then...

this project too high pricce for me

but this project is winning in terms of facilities....no condos has such comprehensive facilities around these areas, in fact whole PJ

just no budget... go there eat eat minum minum, say bye bye to sales gallery

Sunway prod never cheap one...normally left nothing on table for buyers. last time due to the rise of prop trend then ok...when it is now at static mode..still price high n let buyer to strangle themselves...u see velocity buyers u know already...die.

Serene is more for own stay rather than investment...anyway it's expensive but other new property around this area is also being priced around this...slow down in market but no slow down in profit margin laugh.gif

Any prove that buyer in Velocity die? Rental income fetching good return. So many tenants looking to rent at Velocity Residences.

velocity not dielah...but need to wait a while to get tenant and rental rate so so....definitely cannot cover....of ALL their project recent 5-6 yrs only Velocity doing ok....All mati
