Earlier those Lengkok Golf residents protest kau kau. Wonder if it's possible to have direct access from LDP on southbound direction?

Why so worry about commercial title? As long as it's under HDA Schedule H you have nothing to worry.

Well, the lake is still there and beautified. Not that anyone use this lake for recreation purpose, other than occasional anglers I guess? Rather turn it into useful space than just filler space.

Definitely no issue with technology. As long as you are willing to spend the $$$. I thought that buildings around this area subject to height limitation due to proximity to Subang airport, hence was surprised Serena can go so high up.

Probably see half of it, that piece of land is not really visible enough from LDP if u take the WD bridge, only can see it if you take the junction underneath.

They bought a small piece of land inside the industrial area already, the second purchase in KJ after the Serene land. But very small only. And isn't there a big project under Datum, something Datum In-City?

That u turn is not congested at all and it's just a short distance, so it's not a problem at all. Small units have its own market too, ppl have different needs ans expectations. As long as you are happy with your purchase that's all that matters.
