Don’t think so, as mostly the ppl that comes comes with family and less youngester buying...

Also WD land tenture will end soon...in fact i think the whole big piece of land will have massive development in the near future...

I heard Sunway is eyeing for the WD land and its neighbouring land. Probably another mall or commercial centre.

I dont think Sunway will build just 2 blocks of condos with 1+ billion. biggrin.gif

They bought a small piece of land inside the industrial area already, the second purchase in KJ after the Serene land. But very small only. And isn't there a big project under Datum, something Datum In-City?

btw..u still need to fork out 10% dp for both...
just that u need addition for s&p and loan agreement..

location wise...mk better than kelana jaya..at least for me...

Anyway this site is still 4.5 years away..who knows what Sunway have in mind...

Was told that they going to extend 1 BRT station into here but i think it will only happen if they manage to get WD land which makes more sense to have a station around. Btw is the BRT line from KL to Klang confirmed?

BRT is a total crap ...Sunway use this tricks when selling their south quay crap products....is a total failure this BRT ...and add on the very expensive fare does not make sense at all

BRT one station rm 1.60, in less than 2km, more expensive than UBER.. till todate still not practical and economically used by community..

Just don't make day dream hope with sunway.. property is just one of their revenue arm..

I rmb when I asked the SA why Serene so expensive one.. then he said if don't sell at this price how to pay for staffs 5-7 months bonus.. then I totally speechless..

then u really have some knowledge how sunway works....property developement they just dont care...only aim is to maximise profit....problem is if you dont care about you customers u think they will come back and support u???

their gm is my boss classmate....he mentioned from vivaldi, another condo start with O one in hartamas, Nautica, sunway eastwood, south quay bunglos and many more all tipu customers sales figure....after 5 yrs still got many units available but when first year launch say sold 80-90%.....all bullshit like this serene say 80% my footlah
some projects according to him, even use syndicate to buy and default the loans like the the hartamas condo start with O, nautica and 1 more in kota damansara....u see non stop auction units after vped....hope u are not the next when u buy from them
