Anyway this site is still 4.5 years away..who knows what Sunway have in mind...
Was told that they going to extend 1 BRT station into here but i think it will only happen if they manage to get WD land which makes more sense to have a station around. Btw is the BRT line from KL to Klang confirmed? |

BRT one station rm 1.60, in less than 2km, more expensive than UBER.. till todate still not practical and economically used by community..
Just don't make day dream hope with sunway.. property is just one of their revenue arm.. I rmb when I asked the SA why Serene so expensive one.. then he said if don't sell at this price how to pay for staffs 5-7 months bonus.. then I totally speechless.. |
