not most buyers not in lowyat...is in actual there arent many buyers.....all these bollywood acting by sunway are lies...
only 20% sold overall.....after loan vetting....close to half will be cancelled
if u havent sign....good for u....take ur time to go talk to ex sunway buyers and decide carefully....so many choices out there
overprice, bad reputation, kilang site, smelly lake, super busy and noisy highway, no public transport, very inconvenient nearby got nothing,no shops within walking distance.....aiyo tire of typing
always remember ur slavery to bank is 20-30-40 yrs
these lousy developer commitment to u is only 2yrs dlp....more often then not not even 2 yrs...is as gd as at the point of handover...they will drag drag drag until ur dlp over
no problem buying at this market....but choose responsive and quality developers...with some margin leave on table for buyers...and this developer is not sunway

Let me guess u must be one of sunway ex sales agent, got screwed or most probably got fired by the management and now u have this super resentment feeling towards them. I feeel your pain and really pity you bro.

Overprice? Probably u can’t afford it. Bad rep? So far I have not heard anything bad about them (put aside your internal gossips and “speak to their ex-staff” bullshit), kilang site? I have no issues because one day the kilang site would probably be bought over. Smelly lake? Have u visited the lake recently? If not then STFU. Noisy highway? Just look around you. Which new property is not close to highway? Far from highway complain.. close to highway also complain..😂. No public transport and inconvenient to shops? U think these are low cost flats ar? I would not buy this property if there is a lrt or mrt nearby. Makes the place feel so cheapo.. which probably suits you.

As for DLP, I’m cool with 5 years or maybe then I have already bought a new piece of property.

Mentioning about 20, 30 or even 50 years loan. If u r planning to serve that long, u r then not prepared to buy that particular property. Silliest statement ever and call yourself a property guru.

His advise would be buy a property which is super affordable, super convenient, no traffic, best inside lrt station, shopping mall ground floor, fresh market lower ground floor, 6 parking (800-1000sqft), 12 parking (above 1000sqft), developer will instead pay u 10% of purchase price when u buy, developer will even tell u how much the build cost.. any extra they will refund you, you can even repay your loan anytime you feel fit.

Forgotten about the lake. Buy where the lake has crystal clear waters, temperature controlled and must come with unlimited supply of fresh deodorant.

Buy highpark lo... convenient, no LRT, Mrt. Not very near highway, no lake, no kilang... gamuda developer.. hahaha.. 😜

Highpark is smacked in middle of LDP and traffic is worse. When coming from subang/KL need to u turn at the bridge.

units super duper small and not cheap too. 1-2 carpark? no thank you!

only good thing is freehold and no kilang..😄

but got giant there...errr.. also i feel very clustered and congested.. i prefer somewhere open with a little space to breath.

for own stay. price too steep for investment purpose.

thats why many buyers i see are mostly uncles and aunties or buying for their kids.
