Also the surrounding is empty. It can be last piece of jewel at that area if develop properly or half pass six development if the full scale development is delay |

Few questions.
1. RM 732 k is net or gross (SPA) price? 2. What is the normal practised by Sunway for other Sunway project in term of the rebate and the furnishing? Like Exsim standard give 13% and free kitchen cabinet etc. 3. RM 732 k is already the confirmed minimum price? 4. accetera has mentioned at his post 115 that the project will be launched at attractive price so how much will be? No more RM 732 k? |
