I think Sunway Serene. At least on facade and environs they are better, got lake somemore. biggrin.gif And.. Sunway properties proven to fetch good rentals at this area.. But the concern is, since WD is known to be semiconductor factory / manufacturing plants, will it dispose noxious chemical waste, be it dump or airborne?? confused.gif

If WD does it Icon City will be at downside also. It just 1 LDP apart from WD..
Anyway Sunway Serene there is a bit hard to find way to slip in if you are not familiar with that area. Also the surrounding is empty. It can be last piece of jewel at that area if develop properly or half pass six development if the full scale development is delay

Past performance is no guarantee of future. Sure many exsim projects have been successful but at 800+psf in okr with 1610 units, do u think it's worth it??

Few questions.
1. RM 732 k is net or gross (SPA) price?
2. What is the normal practised by Sunway for other Sunway project in term of the rebate and the furnishing? Like Exsim standard give 13% and free kitchen cabinet etc.
3. RM 732 k is already the confirmed minimum price?
4. accetera has mentioned at his post 115 that the project will be launched at attractive price so how much will be? No more RM 732 k?

Btw, their stock price has touched 4.0 !! With positive announcement by Jeffrey Cheah on dividends and warrants.
