That's the first killer sign. Unless it's HDA component on commercial title, otherwise as commercial service apartment it's really gonna kill. Let's not forget Pinnacles KJ giving 30% discount just down the road not too long ago.

For the most part, just as long as you don't buy wrong property should be alright. Always check the vicinity price apple for apple and make sure there's an exit plan, should be ok.

But of course, the best of the best don't do normal. Those that can, sure aim higher drool.gif

Without getting into the technicalities, the main reason behind HDA and Non HDA is in lay man's term: Government want to help protect house buyers that are buying house, so to do so they need to identify what property constitute "House" and what property are not "House".

Those which fulfill the criteria they have identified are hence "House" which they will protect more.

Those non-house are understood to be similar for Business ventures, so as per Business nature, "you sendiri handle the risks involved - lah"
