Few questions.
1. RM 732 k is net or gross (SPA) price?
2. What is the normal practised by Sunway for other Sunway project in term of the rebate and the furnishing? Like Exsim standard give 13% and free kitchen cabinet etc.
3. RM 732 k is already the confirmed minimum price?
4. accetera has mentioned at his post 115 that the project will be launched at attractive price so how much will be? No more RM 732 k?

I saw there is a constructing building (quite inside and which near the golf field), wondering that is the show unit or the bungalow there. Anyone can confirm or where is the show room now?

Confirmed to use these red brick for drive way??? See their bandar sunway, using these red brick for drive way, everytime i drive there, i wanna to vomit... many holes in front of medical centre and sunway uni. not a smooth drive...

Saw these 2 at sunway website.. wondering how low the maintenance fee for 50 facilities... Citizen 2 also more than 50 facilities but maintenance fee psf is 0.38/0.39 (if not mistaken) and forgot is inclusive of parking space or not... and the wellness care centre. the nurse will come to the unit, so good...

But how many times we can use this service??? and the medical fee should be very expensive...

I wondering whether is walkable to not.. it seems a long distance to setia jaya BRT.. need to cross federal highway also...

Agreed... long walk... When Sunway built the bridge for BRT few years ago, Sunway should extended to Sunway Serene site...
