Hi all,

can someone share me some idea about this ?
i am looking to buy a landed semi-D (eco-world project) for own stay after VP.
currently i am interested on Eco-Sanctuary semi-D and Eco-Ardence semi-D,

so my question is, how about future value of both area? maybe after 5 years? 10 years then ?

I think Eco Sanctuary is leasehold. I will therefore choose Eco Ardence esp since it is for your own stay.

why not consider subsale ecopark? if between the both and around the same price, ardence shld be a much better bet due to freehold landed & MUCH closer to damansara/ KL etc with easier access.

I dunno how big is EA. SEP ones typical smd is 40x85 qua.......but not too sure also....

A similar all bedrooms with on suite toilets semiD in SEP will cost more than 2m with similar size. Unless go for smaller share toilet type which should be around 1.7-1.9m depends on build up.

Phase two will be launched in soon. Promotion on booking fee ends tomorrow. Garden home (or they called it pavilion home in first phase) will be sold at 1.5M. Built up 24-2500.
