A similar all bedrooms with on suite toilets semiD in SEP will cost more than 2m with similar size. Unless go for smaller share toilet type which should be around 1.7-1.9m depends on build up.

EA Strata Renovation For corner lot..

I been studies the Permitted and Prohibited Renovation in S&P...i really wonder how developer will manage the renovation regulation especially certain design of the building back in grill which limit the possible practicality of converting the back of house grill laundry are to be wet kitchen, relocating the laundry to back 10 feet land..of cos..

my design is C3 SD.

Anyone got similar thought on planning of renovation??

Well..each phase has different numbers of units/lots. It might affect the monthly management fees. But of cos, depends how u like the layout.

So..is your preference, no one will give u right answer.

You can..but is on ur own risk since decision not done by you. Personally, I would do it myself, bring a hammer and knock knock, climb ladder up to ceiling check everything before accepting the property..be safe rather than dealing with unknown pains after move in.

Imagine once you got problem and you have to move this move that, tear down renova/cabinet to fix it..that would be nightmare.

So eager to have a site visit to view the ardence house contraction..it would be really interesting and has better understanding on the construction quality and method..anyone got connection to contractor there that can share?
