Haha, Nice explanation. I kinda agree. If you can "EAT", "EAT to your heart's content". You are paying for it anyways IMHO.

The telco that sell this infinite plan know very well what they are selling, telco have all the resources and information to access what buyers are using. Again, a willing buyer willing seller transaction, no one should question what others buyer pattern of usage. The important thing to note is, buyers are paid for it, seller must make sure what they sold is enough, if not enough that's the seller (telco) full responsibility to make sure its enough. Story end.

Anyway, telco is stimulating demand here. They need to fulfil it then.

Call CS. I got mine changed but a bit of hassle. Earlier CS said cannot change to combine with my Digi Ambassador plan but after tweaking around, it works but a lot of hassle la. laugh.gif

I wanna change my billing cycle date too. I call, chat with different CS and also walk into digi store, all of them said unable to change.

I called CS and argued that when I bought this plan from online I was given an option if I want to combine it with my existing account, I selected that option but at the end they still gave me a new account no. with new billing cycle. I told them the inconvenience to remember paying different bills at different time. That was few days after I got my Infinite plan. The CS apologized for the inconveniences and assured me someone from billing department will call me regarding this.

They did and few calls on and off, I went to Korea for holidays in early May. I paid two different bills that time. I came back from Korea, they called and informed it was done and will reflect accordingly in next statement. I was happy.

OK, first combined statement came... I was shocked for the huge costs, I checked out the breakdown and noticed they didn't account in my advanced payment which I still have another month of excess (after deducting first statement). I called CS and again escalated to billing department, they contacted me and asked me for proof of payment? I was like "Are you joking with me? You are from billing department!" I adhered and forwarded them email that I received from Digi Store that confirmed my RM 318 payment. After ding dong for a week, they managed to do it and admitted it happened due to my account no. changed. My amount was adjusted.

So, in summary:
1) It can be done if you have an existing Digi account and would like to combine with it.

2) Do it after your RM 318 (with GST) is totally off-set.

Billing cycle date is not a date you prefer. If they allow, they have a set of dates and you just choose one date from those billing dates. Not you suka2 want which date means which date. laugh.gif

Any ideas why download certain things felt like being throttled?
Youtube 10mbps.
But download tv shows 2mbps or 30kb/s.
