If one day they decide to cap at 100gb, the it's not unlimiteed/buffet anymore. The name of the plan should change and at that time I will move out to search for better plan

Yes, standard 7 working days for their standard answer. But my case took extra 5 working days.
They keep pushing me to take new sim, but i was oversea that time so have to be no-sim migration.

One of the supervisor mentioned that certain batch of the 'old' sim can't be automated.
