Same encounter with mine.
B3 is faster than B3+B7 and B7 is the slowest of all.
But that is always for temporary only
As digi want users at B7 rather than B3 due to B3 congested at many sites...

QUOTE(seehong @ Jun 12 2017, 10:36 AM) for those of you considering buying the HuaWei E5186 from TaoBao, hold on first. I placed 2 paid orders last week and they both can't ship cos no stock. First seller ask me to cancel and refund which I did but the refund will only by paid on 26/6, Second seller just told me to cancel order and wait but I have already paid. the second seller at taobao just contacted me asking me to cancel order cos no stock. I guess they are going to raise the price. I haven't cancelled. Any opinions here? |

Digi gonna enable B8 900MHz LTE.
Does E5186/E5786 support B8+B3/B7 CA? From spec sheet it says 800+1800 but 800 is not B8 right? This post has been edited by kaiserreich: Jun 14 2017, 05:20 PM |

Want to ask opinion.
My area do not have LTE-A coverage. And i only plan to use wireless 4g for one two year while waiting for unifi to come. I am currently looking for router with rj11 nstead of mifi to pair with i150. E5186s is too expensive. Is there any other router to recommend which has rj45 port? The acceptable speed for me is at least 20mbps above. I will put the router at first floor due to better reception and connect cat6 cable to AP/swirch at the ground floor for tvbox. |
