Found a ZTE MF93D from yesteryears.

Just nice, I also mistakenly bought 2 LTE TS9 antennas last week.

Before external antennas, got around 11MB/s download.

After install external antennas, so far, getting up to 40MB/s.

P/S: did you realise there is a cat hiding behind the SpeedTest's  dial? drag down to reveal.

that is a very good speed improvement.. mind sharing what antenna?

I bought omni antenna. of course only 1 connector per antenna.

now waiting for the correct crc9 version to arrive for my e5377s-32.

the maxis mf93d is really a treasure accidentally rediscovered. just when I am banging my head on what to do with the mistakenly purchased ts9. I myself have forgotten about it for the past 3 years. and it only lost 25% of its battery charge since then. tests away!
now that I know it works, plugging in for all https://www.lelong.com.my/extra-gain-12-dbi...7-01-Sale-I.htm

i'm waiting for the crc9 version of same antenna to arrive arrived.

the documentation out there is fuzzy; stated this huawei model is using ts9. i got duped by that. that's why bought wrong version but luckily now i found this older mf93d which uses ts9.

this huawei e5377s-32 is using crc9.

huawei locked to LTE-only. before external antenna and after. this is queensbay mall area, so I guess it's congested and not full potential. later tonight i'll test at home side by side with mf32d.

You can consider this model.

HUAWEI B593s-22: 4G LTE  FDD Band 1/3/7/8/20 (800/900/1800/2100/2600MHz)
                              TDD Band 38 (2600MHz)
4 LAN Ports *2 TEL Ports* 1Power Ports
                                150Mbps
*

PM-ed.

i bought digi best prepaid first, then add-on 1-month video streaming. enjoyed netflix and iflix and youtube like no tomorrow. satisfied. that's why i converted to 150 and then terminated celcom's first gold.

even better than celcom. when i cast to chrome, it took less than 15secs to start the show without hiccups in middle.

if using celcom, it will take 2 minutes to buffer at start, then it will stall again after first 30 secs; consider lucky if not locked up altogether. after that usually it will be like an hour later will buffer again.

-------------------

i would suggest buy prepaid now, test it out first. no need for long. it's almost weekend, you can try at different hours and it will still be realistic.

it's almost 24th deadline to signup 150, if not extended.

i converted from digi best prepaid to infinite 150 WITHOUT ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT SIM @ 8pm.

since it didn,t mentoned explicitly what is to be expected after payment and issue of receipt, i called them up to confirm that it's done.

confirmed just need to wait for few days for digi backoffice.

but eventually it got activated around the same midnight.

there is no limit whatsoever for infinite 150.

those limit is only for infinite 100 and infinite 80.
