Anybody using black E5186 like mine?



The seller asked me to choose my colour and I chose black instead.

Mine, but it will be white color with TELE2 logo.

What firmware your modem is running?

Is it using in high rise apartment can cause the signal not stable? I live at floor 17.lol

Using e5172 and external antenna some more.

your RSRQ too high,.. if u can get -7 or below then it will be good

CA is slower due to slow B7. My B3 itself beats both CA and B7 only hands down.

hello, anyone who using cordless phone on huawei e5186s-22? mind to share the steps to setup the phone?

already set lte preferred but the phone still cannot call in and out

Did you manage to test out 5186 vs 5786 speeds? Any major difference other than one is a home modem and the other mifi. Thinking of going for the 5786 since i travel alot and using it for the main internet as well. Been using e589 as my main modem since 2013 and so far it stood the test of time with normal lte. Time for an upgrade to lte-a. 

Because i saw someone signature is with 170Mbps ++, so i know there's still room to improve. Thats why i wanna know how this mobile tools gonna help me, cuz i dont really understand the reading. Currently with 2 yagi pointing directly to tower. And i once got the ping of 18 but now no such song sing d, and i once got the upload of 30Mbps ++ but now always at 20... I know i know, there's room to improve still... So any sifu can guide me on those reading thing?

one more thing for E5186 specs, Lan is at 1Gbps speed and Wifi is at 1300Mbps for both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. May i know 2.4Ghz is at what speed and 5Ghz is at what speed?

guys e5186 with or without antenna got much difference or not in term of dl speed, currently using my phone always full bar 4g

Which 1800MHz booster will you recommend?

I having this kind of weird issue. Normal time i can get download 20-30mbps. But when night time my connection is suck. Check the speedtest , i can barely get 6-10mbps, with high ping and low upload speed or some time zero upload    Tower faulty ? Is totally unusable during night time.

Same here. Just did a test to confirm. Same cell id for b3 and b3+b7. But different cell for b7 alone.

Funny thing is that i get faster speeds with locking to b3 (dl 30mbps up 30mbps and some areas can dl 50mbps). If b3+b7 it is slower than b3. For b7 it is slower than b3 as well but probably because the signal for this is 1 bar.
