Ok, here's a snippet for today...

Breakfast (9 to 10am)
- a can of tuna
- whey + water sweat.gif
- milo

Lunch (12:30pm)
- rice + 1 serving vege + some meat

preworkout (6:40pm)
- ayamas rice + 1pc chicken
- double cheese roll

workout (8pm)
pending

postworkout (10pm)
- Darklight79's secret cocktail (wheyx2 + glucolinx2 + water)
- pending



damn, my whey bottle is only 300ml sweat.gif
just the secret cocktail without the water is already 3/4 of the bottle.
After mixing with water i get whey extra++ kaw !!

ok, i got fat from friday's pre-workout.
I understand i should eat more but i guess i'm not at that level yet.
I'll add more as i get stronger.

been bulking since jan, i guess it's time to cut the weight now.
i got good shape but no definition. sad.gif

anyone got any pointers to cutting weight?

Sunday 25/03/07 - yesterday was feeling fat so i went on a gruelling 10km (or so) jog in my new neighbourhood (just shifted). Initially i tought it was nothing and that i could do 2 laps, but i was wrong. Took me 90 minutes to complete it (the whole time running)... man, i should do this every sunday. I lost 1.2 kg after the jog, but put the weights back on as soon as i rehidrate brows.gif rclxm9.gif

Starting yesterday until Early July, i will be cutting weight.
So don't expect me to eat a whole lot of carbs.

Breakfast (8am - 10am)
1 scoop of whey + water
milo 'o'

Lunch (12pm - 1pm)
small rice + meat + vege

Tea-Break (5pm)
watermelon.. took this abit late, totally forgotten about it sweat.gif

My weights weren't on par as previously.... that's becos i was taking little to no rest. Very gruelling workout, every sets felt like a superset. Was too tired so i skipped 1 arm row and i did 2 sets of lat pulldowns instead of 3 sad.gif and can u believe it, i forgot the friggin deads doh.gif

i try but i just don't have enough time.
If you look at others, they do only compound + some isolations.
I'm doing both. I'm relying on building lotsa lotsa muscle to burn fat off my tummy.

but it's cutting month, so i jog on sundays (gym closed).
10km i think, 90 minutes.


p.s: it's not a good idea to do cardio and weights on the same session. It's counter productive.

It's cutting month, my eating habit has a slight change..
my bench press got weaker. So are my squats sad.gif
But my T-Bar row + deadlift is going crazy flex.gif

there are 2 machine... 1 being machine, the other is kinda old skool, hafta put weighted plates. I used that with 8x15kg plates
