yeah, i read that too... but it's ok for me i guess...
i already took oats for bfast, that's not keto/TKD/CKD anymore

i read everything already, even printed in out in case i forget in the gym.

For the record,

i started cutting on April fool,
it's now over a month...
i was at 96kg, and last sunday i weigh in at exactly 91kg.

That's 5kg loss in 5 weeks.... i guess i'm doing good smile.gif
