how to sell odd lot? when I key in it says "invalid quantity" even it's not

Question guys, If I perform two transactions for the same stock/counter. Will I be charged double for the transaction cost? I mistakenly bought the wrong amount and proceeded to buy my total wanted amount on the second transaction. In my orders I see two transactions, but in my trade history it seems to have merged both transactions into one? Thus only charged the transaction cost of 1 transaction?

That is quite common for trading. Let say if you buy specified number of lot on Market Order, it will match at different prices. But is 1 transaction for the day. Sell is another transaction. Then rakuten got rebate for the broker fees only.

can i check why is my availability of withdrawal is at 0.00 even though my trading limit is XX,XXX?
is it because of daily purchase/sell off etc

Funds will take T+2 days before eligible for withdrawal

withdrawal to account took how long? top up is instant update, but when i withdraw i dont see instant credit back to my account.

How many days does it take bro? 2 working days? I'm thinking to move mine to iTrade (expensive, but reliable). In the midst of opening Mplus now. Just leave my margin in RT.
