Hi newbie here, just sold 1 of my counter with rakuten, how long does it takes for them to credit to my rakuten account? Currently the status is “matched”

If you planning to buy another share on the same day, you can still buy right away with your funds including the funds you sold.
You can see your new available amount after you click buy UI on the right hand side top corner next to "trading limit".

However, if you plan to withdraw funds after selling you need to wait for 2 days. As bursa practices T+2days.

Is it Rakuten Trade nature of business is to lag out during market start? Which is the most critical time for trading?

Unable to use Rakuten at all after placing order. WTF? They boast themselves as the best online trading platform and their server can't even handle a slight increase in traffic?

Only for the last 2-3 weeks. Especially when Bursa reach new high.
It was okay before that.

Is it not recommended for intraday trade to use rakuten?

Seems hard to close a position using this platform, how long to que to close a position?

Oh and how can I transfer my share to other platform?
