I upgraded my unifi from 5mbps to 30mbps but they dont have a replacement modem for me? then now they upgraded to 50mbps.. but the connection is so damn slow..

Go to any TMpoint and voice out that you not happy with the current fee. Cook up a story. Intention to retain but a lot people got cheaper fee blah blah blah. Push them. That's it.

With discount of RM70 from RM329, means it's at RM259 without GST right? So is RM229 ones is the cheapest Unifi Pro 100 Rate around ?

Lowest for pure 100mbps (RM259.00 + RM15.55 = RM274.55nett/mth). If you can get cheaper, please let me know how. All I need is their unifi phone number.
For FOC upgrade from 50mbps to 100mbps cheapest Ive seen (RM209.00 + RM12.55 = RM221.55nett/mth).

Even with 259 it's also cheaper than the advertised 329. Mine is 229 if I not mistaken from 50Mbps.

iinm cheapest is RM229 (RM242.75 with GST). I'm paying RM259 (RM274.55 with GST) for 100Mbps with HyppTV Jumbo Pack.
