I also receive call today and they set appointment on 1st june. But kinda weird why they need to come over to house? my router has been upgraded during contract renewal.

do technician need to come over for upgrade 50m to 100m? just courius. Already change to dlink 850l router before this.

Hi guys, just want to ask. I already get the 50>100 upgrade but didnt get any router upgrade. BUT before this I already own dlink 850l due to contact renewal. so should I request the router upgrade or I already upgraded the router due to contract extension?
