I upgraded my unifi from 5mbps to 30mbps but they dont have a replacement modem for me? then now they upgraded to 50mbps.. but the connection is so damn slow..

During download my speed limit does reach 50mbps but when streaming because of the ping issue it loaded really slow. How can I solve this problem?

Is Unifi really slow recently? My download speed is fine, but my ping and stream is really bad.
Does changing router helps? I'm still using the first edition router which is in blue color for my unifi 50m.. Please help thanks |
